COVID-19 Test Priority Appointment Signup

In an effort to streamline the process, we ask that you sign up for a priority appointment.

We have two types of appointments:

    1. Cash – If you are paying in cash, you have the option to skip seeing a provider and have a quicker turnaround time
    2. Insurance – If you elect to use your insurance, you are required to see a provider, and your wait times may vary based on availability and circumstances.

Please remember to complete your forms and have them ready to hand to our staff.
