Direct Billing to the Insurance Providers
On your behalf, Family First Urgent Care will verify your coverage either before or during your visit. After verification, we will bill your insurance company on your behalf for the services we provide.
You should also receive an Explanation of Benefits (EOB) from your insurance company. It will list the services provided at Family First, the amount that was billed, all payments made by your insurance providers, and what is your responsibility to pay.
Accepted Insurance Plans
We suggest that all patients that they contact their insurance to confirm that Urgent Care services by Family First Urgent Care are covered.
A quote of benefits and/or authorization does not guarantee payment or verify eligibility. Payment of benefits is subject to all terms, conditions, limitations, and exclusions of the member’s contract at the time of service.
